Reservations are available immediately via PayPal or a paylink can be requested at checkout for desired dates. Paylinks can be sent via email or text and provide more flexibility in payment options, but must be planned within 24 hours of receipt to confirm reservation.

Rooms allow double occupancy - the second guest must stay in the room with you.  Couch surfing is not allowed out of respect for other guests and shared spaces.

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in shared spaces during their stay. Tidy the bathroom, do dishes immediately, keep kitchen clean, keep dining and lounging areas clean and tidy of personal items.
