Reservation and Cancellation Policies

We try to be flexible, so you can be confident booking your stay.

Reach out through chat or reply to your reservation confirmation email with questions or to request changes to your reservation. 

Reservation Policy

- Address will be sent the day before your arrival

- Check in after 3 PM  /  Check out by 11 AM   
- Early check in/late check out may be available based on other reservations

- Children are only allowed if both rooms are booked.  They must be accompanied by a guardian at the house at all times. 

- Pets are not allowed unless express permission is given in advance and both rooms must be booked to reserve the whole basement. Dogs must not be left outside if guests are gone, crating is appreciated when pet is left alone.  Clean up after your dog in the yard, bring them in if they are barking outside. Guests responsible for cleaning or damages caused by pets. There is a cat on the property, so dogs must be cat friendly.

- Parking:  There is driveway spot and one spot available at the curb directly in front of the house. Otherwise there is a long curb available across the street to the West that isn't in front of anyone else's house. First come first serve to the dedicated spots.  Do not park within 10-feet of any mailbox, you may be ticketed for blocking mail delivery.  

- Gatherings are allowed if you want to have friends over to enjoy the space. Guest count within reason, and must be quiet after 10 PM.  

Cancellation Policy

- Flexibility is key: We want you feel confident making travel plans knowing we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellation requests.   Whenever possible, rescheduling is better than canceling.  As much notice as possible helps us fill the space. 

- Fees: Payment processing fees are not refundable, and any fees charged will be deducted from the refund.
